It has been a super busy start to 2018 here at The Magic of Jack Daniels.
This Saturday (Chinese New Year) we are performing a semi part of our show to approx 600 people in Sydney at a special vip event, so between private events and meetings with venues etc we have also teamed up with a good friend and currently writing a brand new public show for the Australian public. Cant reveal too much in this moment in time for obvious reasons however this is going to be big.
The idea was in discussion later 2017 and after months of meetings and sharing ideas and possibilities we decided to team up and start writing a new show.
Our own "Journey" show is still here, however we are reserving that for much larger venues due to the size of the show.
At the moment we still are in the semi writing stage of this new show. Illusions are all ready to go, just sorting out the smaller side of the show. Looking forward to be presenting this show once its ready. Who knows, it may even head to a town near you... ;)
What a crazy 2 months it has been here in Magic Land, with media interviews, tv show and filming... Jack Daniels was asked to join a new TV show called RecoverMe and introduce David Copperfield's Project Magic, and show how magic can be used not for entertainment but also for therapy. There is currently nothing like the new RecoverMe show on TV. The closest thing to it would be Dr Oz in the states. This new show that has its first episode live on all social media platforms now opens the doors and takes the home audience on an inspiring and touching journey through the personal road to recovery. Each episode interviews an everyday person who had his or her life taken away from them and how they re built there new life. It also lets the viewers know of new treatments that are available that most people wouldn't know about. Watch the first episode of RecoverMe here:

On Monday the 19th of December Jack Daniels made an appearance on Nine Network's Today Extra Morning Show to promote David Copperfield's Project Magic.
If you missed the live to air interview here is the direct link.
There was magic at the Nepean Hospital on Tuesday the 6th of December.
With the wonderful team and staff of the Nepean Hospital, Illusionist Jack Daniels put together a talk and demonstartion on David Copperfield's Project Magic.
There was around 50 people who attended from hospital patiantse who are undergoing therapy, to the medical staff. It was an amazing moment being able to use magic not for entertainment purposes but rather as a tool to be used for therapy.
The day was even more magical when David Copperfield (who was enjoying his vacation at his island Musha Cay in the Bahamas) joined Jack Daniels through the magic of Skype and suprised the audience with Q&A's and a small performance by the audience members who showed off their skills of magic they had just learnt moments before.
